The Quiet Strength of Naming Your Emotions

Sometimes the hardest part of healing is knowing how we feel. When we can name our emotions, even softly, we begin to take back our power.
Emotional intelligence isn’t about getting it right it’s about getting closer to yourself. Every feeling has something to say. Your sadness isn’t failure. Your joy isn’t too much. Your anger isn’t bad. It’s information.

What emotion has been sitting quietly with you lately? If you could talk to it, what would it say?
You don’t have to explain your feelings to deserve space for them. Name them. Breathe with them. Let them pass through not define you.
🦋 “I honour my emotions, even when they don’t make sense yet.”
