Reflections in the Cocoon



“Even in stillness, I am becoming.”


Before the butterfly emerges, there is a quiet in-between.


It looks like nothing is happening.

But inside the cocoon, everything is transforming.


For many of us, cocoon moments arrive uninvited. A loss. A shift. A season of deep pause. These times can feel confusing, heavy, or isolating — especially when the world keeps spinning while we are still. But this stillness isn’t emptiness. It’s sacred space.


The cocoon is where emotional healing lives.

It’s where unspoken feelings come to the surface.

Where grief is honored.

Where truth begins to whisper through the noise.


You may not be able to explain what’s changing within you yet — and that’s okay. Healing isn’t always visible. Becoming isn’t always beautiful. But just like the butterfly, you are not behind. You are not broken. You are exactly where you are meant to be.


Let this be a space where you don’t rush to “get over” things. Instead, may you move through them. Gently. Honestly. At your own rhythm.
